A Typical Class

Breath Awareness: 

Yoga teaches us practical techniques for discovering, observing and balancing the breath.   By bringing awareness to our breath we can calm the mind, an invaluable tool that we can keep coming back to.


Asana & Vinyasa:

Asana are yoga shapes/postures.  Vinyasa is a series of flowing movements with the breath.  This movement of the body intends to develop strength and steadiness balanced with ease and fluidity.  


Functional Movement:

Non traditional yoga shapes and movements that aim to move the body in a full range of movement in a fun and practical way.


Guided Relaxation & Meditation:

Mindfulness and focussed attention supporting you to enter into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness.



Mats and yoga props provided.


Please bring a drink bottle, comfortable clothes to move in and an open mind! Give yourself 5 minutes prior to class, to arrive and settle in the space.
