A gentle rejuvenating practice that is floor based with long supported holds. Works on targeting the connective tissue and quieting the mind. Meditative and relaxing.
Restorative & Nidra
Our 90minute Restorative Class aims to help balance our busy lifestyles by inviting stillness. A slow floor-based practice long passive holds using supportive props to encourage the body's repair and reset.
Hatha
Awaken and align your body with our Hatha class. Practiced at a slower pace with focus on controlled movement and breath to align, strengthen and stretch the body. Time to explore shapes and their variations in your body.
Private session
A one-on-one session that is specially designed for you or you and a group of friends. An opportunity to ask questions, break down poses with full the attention of your teacher. Price on enquiry.

Our Ashtanga class is a more challenging physical practice that involves a sequence of postures linked by the breath. Developed to establish a clear mind and a steady focus.
Move & Meditate
