Allow Anna from Union Yoga & Jen Gower Embodiment Coach to create a safe, supportive container where you can soften out of striving, reconnect with the heart center, and experience compassion through body, breath, and awareness.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Movement Practice
Anna will start your day with a slow, spacious, devotional movement practice to awaken and activate heart space.
Heart Space Reflection & Exploration
Embodiment Coach Jen will hold you in heart space as she leads a journalling and reflective enquiry; offering grounded guidance, compassionate presence, and permission to meet whatever arises with kindness. Rather than “figuring things out,” you’ll be invited to listen to the wisdom of the body and heart, allowing insights to unfold organically.
Nourishing Plant Based Lunch
Time to nourish the body and connect with others
Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
Unwind with long-held postures to release tension, meeting sensation with kindness, and cultivating gratitude and compassion for the body and its current experience. Finished with a guided Yoga Nidra to access deep states of rest and inner awareness.

Quiet time to reflect and simply BE
