Class Details
Our 90minute Restorative class aims to help balance our busy lifestyles by inviting stillness. A slow floor-based practice with long passive holds using supportive props to encourage the body's repair and reset. Class will end with a Yoga Nidra. This class is limited to 7 yogis.

Your appointments and well being is important to us. Please understand we are a small studio and class spaces are limited. We don't offer refunds. If you have booked with a class pass you can manage your own bookings; cancel or reschedule classes up until 24hours prior to class.
