Mums & Bubs will be a yin/yang style class designed to support flexibility, strength and rest. An opportunity to pause and connect with the body, mind and breathe. A social place for you to meet and mix with other mums and babies. Non moving babies only.

Your appointments and well being is important to us. Please understand we are a small studio and class spaces are limited. We don't offer refunds. If you have booked with a class pass you can manage your own bookings; cancel or reschedule classes up until 24hours prior to class.
