Class Details

STOTT Pilates® is a contemporary adaptation of the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. This mat based class involves a balance of functional movement with the breath with an emphasis on core strength to power the body. Over the 5 weeks Chelsea will guide participants to learn the principles of Pilates as they explore their own mobility, flexibility, endurance, strength and mindfulness.
