Anna Redfearn

Yoga Instructor & Studio Owner

Like a lot of practitioners, Anna started doing yoga as a form of physical exercise. She quickly discovered yoga was also a way to ease the mind and feel more present. Yoga transformed and changed Anna’s life particularly after becoming a mother and losing a sister; it ignited a passion that led her to completing her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018. 

Anna believes that yoga is a practice for everybody. Her intention is to offer her students the space and permission to explore, to feel and discover what yoga can be for them.

Holly Davies

Yoga Instructor

Holly's passion for moving her body started when she was a young child, having danced through out her entire life and travelled the globe teaching dance to thousands of children from all walks of life. She has a real passion to share and unite through movement.


Holly's Yoga journey began 3 years ago. When she came to understand the importance of cleansing ones mind. How our external world perfectly reflects the state of ones inner world. She says "Through yoga we create an understanding and awareness beyond the barriers of the mind. Taking what we learn on the mat and applying to to daily chaos."
